But I’m sure you’d benefit from hopping on Facebook and checking out Toxic Mom Toolkit. It is a truly international, very supportive, online community that shares lots of positive information on strategies for dealing with toxic mothers, father, parents, even siblings. Don’t let the Toxic Mom tagline scare you. Dealing with truly toxic family members is no joke and people who haven’t had this experience really don’t understand the depth of the issues.
