During one of my sleepless nights I found these pages… The term “toxic mom” just had popped to my mind and see what I found! It is so… comforting and encouraging to read the stories from others, however sad and hurting. It tells me – I am not alone.
I keep coming back and read more. Just went through the tool kit mantras and sentences to keep me insane on a realy “toxic” day…Geee, there are others, counting the number of insults she can emit within 60 sec on the phone…???
Haven’t found much alike over here in Germany. Guess “love and forgive” is still favoured as a therapeutical target, Makes me SO sick.
Thank you for sharing your experiences!
